Terms and Conditions:

(1)To enter the competition, you must be 18 years of age or older on 11 October 2011.

(2)Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible.

(3)Actavis, their affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies, Icelandair employees, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

(4)Incomplete entries (i.e. without full name, email address or pseudonym of the participant given) may be voided by Actavis.

(5)A maximum of one entry per hero per participant is allowed. If more are received, Actavis reserves the right to treat all of them as ineligible.

(6)Participants are to submit entries that are their own work and do not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties. By submitting an entry, participants warrant that the entry is their own work and that they shall indemnify Actavis for any loss caused by any breach of third party intellectual property.

(7)Entries will be void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law or applicable regulation.

(8)Entries must be submitted by the registered subscriber of the email account provided when the entry is made.

(9)The eventual winner of the prize shall agree to participate in promotional activities (at the cost of Actavis), which shall include an interview to be published about his experience in enjoying the trip, as well as photographs of the receipt of the prize and the experience of the trip to be published and used in further publicity materials.

(10)Actavis is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to participants’ systems.

(11)The winner will be notified by the email provided by the participant and will be published by Actavis on its website and in relevant publicity materials.

(12)In the case of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the entry will be declared to have been made by the Authorised Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorised Account Holder” for these purposes shall be deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential prize winner may be requested to provide Actavis with proof that he or she is the Authorised Account Holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

(13) If for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, Actavis reserves the right to cancel, terminate, alter or suspend the competition and select a winner by randomly drawing from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date, if any.

(14) Actavis has the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entry that appears, to have been made by a person not meeting the criteria set forth above, or to be duplicate entry or an entry that breaches the intellectual property rights of a third party, and has the right to disqualify any person it believes has violated these Terms and Conditions.

(15)The prize shall be one for what the panel decides is the best entry.

(16)The prize shall be return flights for two persons from any of Icelandair’s European destinations for a two-night weekend break and shall include accommodation, breakfast and a ‘Golden Circle’ tour (if the winner resides in Iceland, an equivalent two-night weekend break to any of Icelandair’s European destinations will be offered as an alternative).

(17)The prize is as stated and may not be altered or exchanged for perceived value or cash. The prize cannot be transferred to anyone other than the participant.

(18)The winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described as being awarded including, without limitation, the following: (i) taxes; (ii) insurance; and (iii) any additional expense which is associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.

(19)Actavis reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described, for any reason.

(20)Entrants acknowledge and agree that any information collected in connection with this competition may be used by Actavis and its affiliates for market research but will not be shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.

(21)Once received, all entries will become property of Actavis and none will be returned. Any submissions may be published on the Actavis website or in other supplementary materials (including publicity materials) at Actavis’ discretion and by submitting an entry, you grant Actavis a license to do so without first needing to contact you for any reason.

(22)None of the personal information of entrants will be published but selected contents of entries will be published (with the pseudonym where one is provided) in advance of the result of the competition and once a winner is selected, the name of the winner and the contents of the selected entry will be published.
