Strategically located in Central Asia, Kazakhstan is the second-largest territory in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), its size exceeded only by that of Russia.

Actavis' representation in Kazakhstan was established through an office operated by Bulgarian-based subsidiary Actavis AD, in the country’s largest city, Almaty. The principal aim of this office is to create awareness of a strong portfolio and product availability.
